1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Uncommon Education Trading ("UET") platform, including the website at uncommoneducationtrading.com, the UET Trading Hub application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2 Platform Description

UET provides trading education tools and automated trading services, including but not limited to:

Auto Bot, Automated 0DTE SPY options trading via Schwab brokerage
Follow Trade, Copy trading service via Tradier brokerage
Trade Tracker, Manual trade logging and analytics journal
Strategy Lab, Morning Regime, UET Charts, Educational analysis tools
Jarvis, AI trading assistant

UET is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. All tools and content are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice or a recommendation to trade.

3 Account & Eligibility

To access paid features, you must sign in with a verified email address and maintain an active subscription or purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your magic-link emails and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements. By connecting a brokerage account (Schwab, Tradier), you authorize UET to execute trades on your behalf as configured by you.

4 Subscriptions & Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription terms:

Trade Tracker, Monthly subscription, cancel anytime
Follow Trade, Monthly subscription with multiplier tier selection, cancel anytime
Auto Bot, One-time setup fee (based on contract size) plus monthly subscription

All prices are listed in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through our platform or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5 Refund Policy

No refunds. All subscription payments and fees are non-refundable. Auto Bot setup fees (contract purchases) are non-refundable once the bot has been activated and configured for your account. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

6 Risk Disclosure

Options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance of any trading strategy, tool, or system is not indicative of future results. UET makes no guarantees of profitability.

By using Auto Bot or Follow Trade, you acknowledge that trades will be executed in your own brokerage account and you bear full responsibility for all outcomes. UET, its operators, and affiliates are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, technical failures, or any other damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7 Intellectual Property

All content, code, strategies, algorithms, designs, branding, and materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of Uncommon Education Trading and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without express written permission.

8 User Conduct

You agree not to:

Share, resell, or redistribute your account access or any Platform content
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform's operation
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another user
Share trade signals, bot settings, or proprietary strategies with non-subscribers

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UET, its owner, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to UET in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. UET does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that trading results will meet your expectations.

11 Termination

UET reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections regarding limitation of liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive termination.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

13 Changes to Terms

UET reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
